Corporate Real Estate (Office Space) Sales Professional Required.
SOS > Search Office Space (established in 1993) is an Executive Office Suites specialist, dealing with clients requirements throughout North America and Worldwide, based out of New York and London.
Main objectives:
• To maintain existing and establish new relationships with Corporate companies in North America (eg Fortune 1000 companies) with a view to assisting them with their requirements for executive suite office space/flexible serviced office centers.
(The operators/landlords (we list approx 3000 in North America and approx 8000 worldwide) pay us a referral fee for each placement. This niche is proving very popular especially in the current economic climate, due to the flexibility and turnkey nature of the space).
• To communicate effectively with corporate clients both verbally, face to face and in writing.
• Reporting to the Senior Vice President in our NY office, Daniel Soffer and group CEO, Richard Smith.
Required Skills:
• Well presented & punctual
• Articulate, and able to handle face to face meetings
• Good knowledge and understanding of Office Space market would be helpful, not essential
• Good time-management and ability to manage own workload
• Must be computer literate (word, basic exel, email and web savvy)
• Some Marketing knowledge or understanding would be helpful, not essential

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 9am - 5.30pm
